The Weekend...

So...
I'm now a little older...
Though I don't feel much wiser...
The weekend's fun included getting to dinner 1 hour late thanks to a CRAZY time trying to find parking in the village....which was FLOODED with people enjoying the unseasonably warm(er) weather...
Dinner was tasty - the sangria was not as good as usual, but still yummy...
Got to see my brother but still haven't met his girlfriend...
Got some pretty good gifts...
Couldn't convince J that we needed "one more drink" before heading home...
BUT !
Discovered that one of my FAVORITE places is still open (I'd heard it closed) which made me VERY happy !
So...
Pretty uneventful time of my age increasing by one...
At least it's over...
