My apologies for the last post
I was a bit emotional and got a bit worked up
I'm having lunch with mom today and I think I'm going to talk to her about this whole "new boss" issue and see what she has to say
Mom's the head of HR at her company and she usually has good advice when it comes to situations like this

I can understand having a new boss. The reason things went so bad at my old job (still working for the same company) is because of my new boss. She came in with her own ideas and ways and insisted that things be her way...ignoring the fact that things had been done well another way. My new job is going well but two of my three supervisors are leaving in March...
